Help us improve CopyTrans Manager

suddenly it pops up with itunes needs to be installed for full support ive deleted reinstalled itunes and copytrans three times now it just pops up that this version of itunes is not recognized - it reads my phone; but i cant move add or delete anything. Any ideas?

i wanted to add my podcasts but i cnt and theres only music and audiobooks

It would be nice if you could search files on the device.

I just spent the past 4 hours properly curating my iPod's old mess of genres, but it won't sync over to my iPod... or rather, it did sync the changes, but now I have ~150 empty genres, and only 29 actual genres (went from 183 to 29). This is arguably worse than just leaving everything alone. Can you please add support to delete unused genres? Thank you for your consideration.

I am trying to add songs from the same artist but from different albums ( studio and Live ) and get the I went to setting to allow duplicates but can't seem to save this allow duplicates setting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seriously, if Itunes has the function of clearing plays on songs (on the newer Ipods) I see NO reason why someone can't add in the function for the older versions!! Please make this happen!!

I have over 300 (of 7,000) songs that I cannot delete using Manager because they are "read-only" . Your articles do not appear to discuss this (or I am missing it). I have done' everything I can with the settings on the music folder with no luck on removing the read-only effect.

RE: COPYTRANS MANAGER: As it is now, a user must select a music album then separately select all of the files within the album in order to delete it. If a user has dozens (or hundreds) of albums to delete, this could take a really long time. And this seems like a BASIC feature to be absent from an established product.

I used the add feature and moved a song into copytrans, it shows in the list there, I updated the song and copytrans suggested that the library had been updated with the song, I waited for the ipod to finish synchonisation, then ejected the ipod, Unfortuantely the song doesnt show on my ipod at all, Im at a loss to understand why, can someone help?

It seems like I can import TV Shows, Excellent!, but it seems like no matter what I do, the Seasons and Episodes are messed up on the iPhone

I own a very small in storage ipod, I'd love if my music could just automatically be compressed like magic. I love y'alls app though!

Please add in a way to reset the play count!

When adding songs, date added is not set; in the SQLite DB, date added on the item is set to 0 (so the songs are put on the bottom of the list when sorted by date added instead of the top) - make it so that the songs added are actually on top of my most recent songs

album art keeps getting replaced with other album art. no matter what i do, nothing fixes it and eventually the whole song stops working altogether. please fix this :(

once I have added something it will appear in the order of addition if I want to change this I can drag it but it will remain in the same place can this be solved, thanks in advance.

Instead of having to manually and tediously click on each song, how about a column that shows a thumbnail of the artwork attached to each track? This would make it easier for us to scroll through and figure out which tracks have missing or incorrect artwork much more quickly and easily.
