Help us improve CopyTrans Manager

Its very easy to accidently make duplicates, would appreciate feature that detects duplicates in play list and warns you and says keep or remove duplicates

My eyes are not what they used to be and as much as I love your app it's hard to read small print.

Disappointed that there is no genre-subcategory folders.

for example: my directory tree is like: Classical-Beethoven-album music by Beethoven

Looking at the backup from the device to the pc the tracks are not organized by album. Pretty much scattered.

Could we please have the choice to decide if we want to overwrite or not ALL items with one checkbox, it is very annoying and time consuming to have to confirm one by one when copying or transferring music to my Iphone.

Add multiple tracks on an album from the same artist, without adding the entire album and then deleting the unwanted tracks.

It would be a great thing if it weren't for the fact that every time I use CopyTrans Manager with my iPod Shuffle 4G the maximum volume is reduced and to fix it I have to connect it to iTunes again, from which I can maximize it.

The problem is that iTunes, as we all know, is a terrible and poor program that causes a myriad of problems and in fact 9 times out of 10 I can no longer connect it to my iPod.

The final result is that my ipod is currently unusable for these reasons.

If you can solve this volume bug which, every time you use CopyTrans Manager, goes back to around 60%... you will have definitively defeated iTunes, finally.

Hi, I have a big library and a small iPod, I want to sync random song into the device, not full albums or even a full discography for artists between A and C. Just that, thank you!

that's about it. i just don't want to manually change stuff for stuff on youtube that doesn't have an artist and is botched because it assumes what to put everywhere

I have some playlists on my phone that were created with iTunes, and I can find no way to add tracks to these or change the order of any songs on these previously-made playlists. I can edit playlists created in CopyTrans, but not ones that already existed. This is really inefficient!

When l add a folder to the playlist some tracks are not added. There is no error message that pops up to say why. l can only then see the exclamation marks next to some tracks. trying to add those tracks continues to fail without any error message.

Have the option of displaying a check box prior to the file type. Would assist with file selection of large lists instead of using the Ctrl button when housekeeping etc. Also, to utilise the keyboard delete key to delete a file rather than having to manoeuvre to the delete button at the top of the screen.

Example; 2,053 mp3 music files in source folder. In CopyTrans 2,050 mp3 music files. CopyTrans does not show duplicates. No duplicates in source folder. What two mp3's are not loaded? There should be a way to compare. Such as being able to create a .cvs .xls file using the original file name within CopyTrans. Can already do so within the windows music folder. That way can compare side by side in excel. Or is there another way?

HI when I put tracks in a playlist in Copy Trans Manager, the track order is not the same as the source folder. I have been reordering them manually, this happens every time. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a way to fix this? Thx for your help

First, thank you for copy trans to add mp3 to iphone without the risk of sync which has 'sunk' my libraries more than once or made dups. Now I use your product to add to the iphone and leave my library alone. In voice memos I hope you can come up with a way to send voice memos in bulk from the iphone v 19 to a PC or another cloud account like MEGA.. I use voice memos daily.. Cheers!

It keeps coming up with they are read only so I can't delete them bought this is it hasn't worked

Whenever I try to get past the user guide screen, everything goes grey and I can't click anything. Fix Please.

Would it be possible to add the ability to increase/decrease song volume and adjust the length of the song? Itunes has these features but it's so inconvenient that those features don't make it worth using over Copytrans manager.
