Hi, I have a big library and a small iPod, I want to sync random song into the device, not full albums or even a full discography for artists between A and C. Just that, thank you!

Thank you for sharing the idea.
It's possible to:
1) copy the music library to PC/ an external drive using CopyTrans: https://www.copytrans.net/support/gettingstarted-copytrans/ ;
2) select and add only a few songs to another device using CopyTrans Manager: https://www.copytrans.net/support/gettingstarted-copytrans-manager/ .
