Songs in particular playlists

Hi I am absolutely loving CopyTrans Manager since discovering it a few years ago and in my opinion is a much better interface than Itunes and not so power hungry. One thing I would like to see if you could add into the program would be if you right click on a song there would be an option to see which playlists it is in. Could this be done? Many thanks Al.

I'd like to be able to change media type

I have some audio books on my device, but several are sorted under 'Podcasts'.

It would be great if I could change this to 'Audio books', so that I will have all of my audio books in one place.

The drop-down menu (for media types) does not drop down, so I cannot change this now.

It keeps losing the drivers everytime I use it and asks me to reinstall

It just says drivers are missing rinstall Itunes or install drivers without itunes.

Won't work!

Fix the bug, please. I've installed, re-installed, and re-re-installed, but can't get CopyTrans Manager to work again. It worked on Saturday, then never again. Keeps saying I need to install latest version of CopyTrans Manager, but I have. I'm using without iTunes, and have installed and re-installed the drivers several times. Very frustrating!

IMPROVE THE HELP SYSTEM SO IT WORKS.

For example what do the symbols in the "type" column mean? I have a bunch with a red exclamation mark. What does that indicate?

Hello, this is one of the latest bugs that appeared in CopyTrans Manager, it occurs because CopyTrans Manager shows cloud tracks in the interface, but the music is not actually on your device. For a temporary fix, CopyTrans Manager and go to More -> Settings -> Advanced settings. Then find parameter main.show_cloud_tracks and set the value to "no". After that, try connecting your device again.


We are aware of the issue and will attempt to fix it in the next version of the program.

Please Support Playlist Folders

I organize my playlists by folder in iTunes, but CopyTrans just shows all playlists mixed together.

Helper Icon on Desktop

I like CopyTrans Manager but find it irritating that after I have used it I find an icon placed on my desktop for CopyTrans Helper. I don't want it or need it but I cannot find a way to stop it happening. It's bloody irritating.

Sorting playlists

We should be able to sort songs in a playlist by artists, song title, album title, etc. without having to manually drag each song in the playlist. It would take way too long when you have playlists that have 500+ songs

Worked great for me!!

I'm an older person and not too tech savy. The CopyTrans download was simple. The tutorial was easy to follow and understand. All this made copying my CDs to my computer and putting them onto my ipod a snap. I'm thrilled with the results and more than doubled the content of my ipod. THANK YOU!!! I don't know enough to suggest a feature.

Troubleshooting older ipod classics

I have an iPod photo genration 4 classic. My copytrans software is up to date as of today. When I add music from files on my computer they start being deleted instead of added as the update progresses..

No installation of iTunes (that's the idea isn't it?)

Installed Copytrans Drivers

Installed Copytrans Control Centre

Installed Copytrans Manager (through Control Centre)

Now you tell me, did I do something wrong?

Answer? No. The setup you have does not work, simple as that

Just went through the automatic driver installation again - not working - waste of my precious time

Please add option to configure font size of the app. It is small on hiDPI displays...
