While taking the back up it says file name specified is either invalid or too long. Specify a different file name. if there is an option to rename the file, it will be great.

It's fine to get updates (if not too often ;-)), but I could not find any description of the new features or improvements introduced by the update. Pls provide a history of updates, e.g. on your website.

It would be great if the software allowed me to delete the photos so they are also deleted from the iPhone/cloud. Unfortunately, the FAQ tip to disable cloud sync isn't an option for me.

For the file rename feature of backups, could you make it possible to name files according to this format? It would be extremely helpful.

YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_FileName

That way I can see the date and time the image was taken, as well as the original file name.

Bonus if we could choose to have it in local time or UTC time.

I would like to be able to conveniently manage photos and videos downloaded and saved using "CopyTrans Cloudly"

and photos and videos saved using "CopyTrans Studio" in a "Smart Album."

Although it is great you can retain the .heic versions of photos—which are of higher compression, lower file size, yet better quality than .jpeg—when importing them, they are saved as both the .heic file and a .mov file associated to the .heic file, in which the .mov file is essentially the same as the Live Photo, which is essentially a video. 

The consequence of the above means it is difficult to distinguish between actual videos taken and Live Photos, since both are saved as .mov files. This can be a nightmare for someone like me who has ~350 GB worth of photos and videos, and plans to compile some of them, for a longer video for example.

So perhaps a good solution would be to be able to import/backup photos solely as .heic files, without the .mov file associated to them, or if both need to be imported, that the .mov files are somehow isolated within their own folder, or given distinct filenames to segregate them from actual videos taken, and not Live Photos.

Great job making your site so confusing and funneling every page toward the paid version that I've decided to use another utility. It's shame because I'm a personal user and need to convert a bunch of pics. Oh well.

I bought the not-limited version. Unfortunately by using the right mouse-key there is no window opening to chose HEIC to JPG. It makes no difference if I chose the HEIC-folder or a single photo. I need help!

I would like to add photos to the device

I still use W7 which is not compatible.

I have about 20% of photos imported from iPad (lightning) or iPhone (USB C) with size 0 byte, while they are correctly displayed on the iPad/iPhone. Repeating the import does not change the problem.

I am converting HEIC to PNG. I noticed the picture taken date does not transfer with conversion. This is very important when backing up and creating folders of pictures. I also did not care for the payment methods and wish there was a direct CC payment method without using paypal. The automatic renewal in one year is annoying.

We have a category for Photo Albums. Can we please add another category "Uncategorized" or "Not in Any Album" smart folder/filter? I currently transfer and back-up albums on an album level as this keeps my back-up more organized.

Rationale: I manage and back up my photos on an album-by-album basis to keep my storage organized. However, it is easy to miss individual photos that bypass normal album creation - such as media saved from WhatsApp, downloaded from the web, or taken on the fly.

Problem: Because my backup workflow relies on albums, any photo not explicitly assigned to an album gets left behind and is vulnerable to data loss. While existing filters (like timeframes or facial recognition) exist, manually sorting through a massive, multi-gigabyte library to find unassigned photos is highly inefficient.

The win: Introducing a smart category or filter for "Photos not in any album." This would allow users to quickly identify "orphaned" media, bulk-assign them to the correct albums. After assigning "uncategorized" photos into albums, I can then complete their backups with 100% confidence that no data is missing :)

I cant find, how to enable wifi. I have win11 and iPhone 15.

The description does not work because the function ist integrated in the explorer and I do not have access to the app itself

Every once in a while the app shows a popup saying that a new version is available. I couldn't care less. I am happy with the current version and I am missing a feature to turn off updates altogether. When you have dozens of apps, each forcing an update regularly, it is getting irritating.
