Help us improve CopyTrans Studio

I am converting HEIC to PNG. I noticed the picture taken date does not transfer with conversion. This is very important when backing up and creating folders of pictures. I also did not care for the payment methods and wish there was a direct CC payment method without using paypal. The automatic renewal in one year is annoying.

I have about 20% of photos imported from iPad (lightning) or iPhone (USB C) with size 0 byte, while they are correctly displayed on the iPad/iPhone. Repeating the import does not change the problem.

I still use W7 which is not compatible.

I bought the not-limited version. Unfortunately by using the right mouse-key there is no window opening to chose HEIC to JPG. It makes no difference if I chose the HEIC-folder or a single photo. I need help!

Great job making your site so confusing and funneling every page toward the paid version that I've decided to use another utility. It's shame because I'm a personal user and need to convert a bunch of pics. Oh well.

For the file rename feature of backups, could you make it possible to name files according to this format? It would be extremely helpful.

YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_FileName

That way I can see the date and time the image was taken, as well as the original file name.

Bonus if we could choose to have it in local time or UTC time.

It would be very helpful if I could download raw photos stored on my iPad from my Fuji camera, which I manually transferred to my iPad using an SD card. Unfortunately, Apple has not provided a way to access, move, or delete these photos in the current iOS version. This is a known issue, and the only workaround is to edit and move the photos using Lightroom on the iPad. A solution using your software would therefore be very helpful.

It would be great if the software allowed me to delete the photos so they are also deleted from the iPhone/cloud. Unfortunately, the FAQ tip to disable cloud sync isn't an option for me.

It's fine to get updates (if not too often ;-)), but I could not find any description of the new features or improvements introduced by the update. Pls provide a history of updates, e.g. on your website.

It really took me a while to find out how the batch renaming of a bunch of (e.g. holiday) photos worked - only to find out that it is only possible in predefined texts from predefined fields. I'd appreciate to have also a free text field with consecutive numbering.

Every once in a while the app shows a popup saying that a new version is available. I couldn't care less. I am happy with the current version and I am missing a feature to turn off updates altogether. When you have dozens of apps, each forcing an update regularly, it is getting irritating.

I cant find, how to enable wifi. I have win11 and iPhone 15.

The description does not work because the function ist integrated in the explorer and I do not have access to the app itself

While taking the back up it says file name specified is either invalid or too long. Specify a different file name. if there is an option to rename the file, it will be great.

After backing up my photos, I have individual .mov files that were part of the Live Photo associated with a still image. It would be a nice option to exclude the .mov Live Photo part from being backed up

When setting up the backup, there is no way to exclude or include video files.

A button or a way for users to cancel their subscription. And not have to resort to calling the bank to do a forced stop payment
