I bought the program to see the photo albums from my iphone to my windows desktop, exactly as they showed up in my iphone. Worked pretty good, I am satisfied!

CopyTrans Studio already offers 2 ways to convert HEIC to JPEG.
The app offers 3 free full backups of the photo library per day in the trial version. It means that you can make a full backup, select "Convert Photo in HEIC to JPEG" while launching the backup, and all your HEIC photos will be automatically saved to the PC as JPEG. If you have HEIC photos on your PC, you can select them (or make a right-click on the folder with the HEIC photos) and click "Convert HEIC" -> to JPEG/ PNG/ PDF.
