I have about 20% of photos imported from iPad (lightning) or iPhone (USB C) with size 0 byte, while they are correctly displayed on the iPad/iPhone. Repeating the import does not change the problem.

Files that are 0 KB in size are likely photos stored on iCloud.
Unfortunately, CopyTrans Studio cannot connect to your iCloud account to download these photos.
