Getting told there is a new update every day is frustrating and intrusive.
Under Settings, About, kindly add an option for Updates Frequency= Daily, Weekly, Monthly or never.

Files that are 0 KB in size are likely photos stored on iCloud.
Unfortunately, CopyTrans Studio cannot connect to your iCloud account to download these photos.
I recommend using CopyTrans Cloudly, which allows you to copy your entire iCloud photo library to your PC: https://www.copytrans.net/copytranscloudly/
