suddenly it pops up with itunes needs to be installed for full support ive deleted reinstalled itunes and copytrans three times now it just pops up that this version of itunes is not recognized - it reads my phone; but i cant move add or delete anything. Any ideas?
I agree - mine does the same - I cannot open my iphone playlists at all, UNLESS i reinstall drivers for Copytrans. What is going on since the last update )I think)
