I used the add feature and moved a song into copytrans, it shows in the list there, I updated the song and copytrans suggested that the library had been updated with the song, I waited for the ipod to finish synchonisation, then ejected the ipod, Unfortuantely the song doesnt show on my ipod at all, Im at a loss to understand why, can someone help?

If you receive any error message when the problem occurs, please make sure to tell us when you see it (after which action), where you see it (which program spawns it) and what exactly the message is; ideally, please attach a screenshot of the message.

Hi, I have sent the log files you requested, as stated in the email I dont receive any error messages during the attempted transfer of the song, everything appears to work as it should but the song doesnt show on the ipod

Can iTunes recognize your device?
Can you please restart your iPod and try again?
If the issue persists, we will need your new log files. If the support team can't see errors in the log files, your logs will be sent to the technician.
