I transferred, mp4 file via copytrans to my ipod video 5g it doesn't work. Either tell us if there is a way to install codec in ipod or give us an alternative solution to push converted file in it
I know this program is free, but I sure will avoid all of their products as they don't fix issues
I am having a similar issue. Any new music i add gets the same artwork from a particular album. If I delete that album it simply chooses a different albums artwork and uses that artwork for all albums in the future. Annoying as heck.
